Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is now widely recognised, even amongst the medical profession, as an instrument to create effective long lasting change in the form of new responses, behaviours and feelings

As a qualified hypnotherapist, I work with individuals experiencing confidence issues, anxiety and stressors that impact their general wellbeing. I use hypnosis as a therapeutic tool to bring about relief and lasting transformation in these areas.

Through hypnotherapy, we can access the subconscious mind—the part of the brain where belief patterns are stored that may be holding you back. Together, we work to release and reshape these limiting beliefs, allowing you to rewire your brain by forming new neural pathways that support your journey toward optimal wellbeing.

Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy

Counselling and psychotherapy offer you a safe, confidential space to explore what you are carrying - at your own pace, without judgement. Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, loss or a life transition, talking therapy can help you make sense of your experience and begin to find a way forward.

My approach is integrative, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic models - including personal-centred therapy, psychodynamic theory, CBT-informed techniques and IFS-informed parts work - always guided by what feels right for you. Sessions are tailored to your needs, not a fixed formula.

I also offer Rewind Therapy as a specialist approach for trauma and phobias, which can be used alongside or separately from counselling. Together we will work collaboratively, honestly and at a pace that feels safe.

Life & Wellbeing Coaching


A Space to Reflect, Reset and Move Forward


Sometimes we know something needs to change - we just can’t quite see what or where to start. Wellbeing coaching offers you a supportive, forward-focused space to get clarity, reconnect with what matters and take meaningful steps towards the life you want.

My coaching approach is warm and collaborative. Together we explore what’s holding you back, identify your strengths and values and create a practical path forward - at a pace that feels right for you.

Coaching can help with life transitions, career uncertainty, low confidence, burnout recovery, relationship patterns and any sense that you have lost touch with yourself or your direction.

Sessions may incorporate somatic and mind-body approaches - including Hypnotherapy, EFT, therapeutic yin yoga, sound healing - for those who want to work on a deeper level alongside the coaching process.



Rewind Therapy


A Gentle, Fast-Acting Approach to Trauma and Phobias

Rewind Therapy is a safe, effective and non-intrusive technique for resolving the impact of traumatic memories, PTSD and phobias. Unlike some trauma approaches, it does not require you to talk through the details of what happened - making it particularly helpful for those who find it difficult or distressing to revisit painful experiences.

During a Rewind session, you will be guided into a relaxed state and taken through a carefully structured visualisation process. This allows the brain to reprocess the traumatic memory so that it loses its emotional charge - you will still remember the event but it will no longer trigger the same intense physical or emotional response.

Bowen Therapy

Bowen Therapy, a gentle, hands-on therapy developed by Australian therapist Tom Bowen, aims to stimulate the body's natural healing response. Through gentle, rolling movements applied to specific areas of the body, Bowen Therapy can help:

  • Alleviate pain: Reduce discomfort from back pain, neck pain, headaches, and sports injuries.
  • Promote relaxation: Release tension and promote a sense of calm and well-being.
  • Improve overall health: Enhance the body's natural healing processes and support overall health.
  • Bowen Therapy can help restore balance and harmony to the body, promoting a sense of peace and well-being. 

Therapeutic Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative form of yoga that focuses on stretching and releasing the deeper connective tissues of the body. Unlike dynamic forms of yoga, yin yoga postures are held for extended periods, allowing the body to relax and sink deeply into the stretch. Through a series of seated or supine poses, yin yoga targets specific areas of the body, promoting: 

  • Deep relaxation: Release tension and reduce stress.
  • Improved flexibility: Increase range of motion in the joints and connective tissues.
  • Enhanced circulation: Promote better blood flow throughout the body. 
  • Overall well-being: Cultivate a sense of calm and balance. 

Yin yoga is a gentle and restorative practice suitable for practitioners of all levels, offering a pathway to deep relaxation and inner peace.

Sound Healing

Experience the transformative power of sound healing, often referred to as a sound bath. As you immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations created by crystal bowls, you'll feel the sound waves washing over you, releasing tension and promoting a state of balance and harmony. By immersing yourself in the soothing sounds, you can: 

  • Induce a deep state of relaxation: Reduce stress hormones and promote feelings of calm.
  • Stimulate the body's natural healing processes: Promote cellular regeneration and reduce pain.
  • Enhance emotional well-being: Improve mood, reduce anxiety, and alleviate symptoms of depression.


EFT (Tapping)

EFT, often referred to as “tapping”, is a gentle yet powerful therapeutic technique that helps release emotional blocks, reduce stress and restore balance in mind and body. It is now recognised as an effective tool for working with anxiety, trauma, phobias, limiting beliefs, emotional overwhelm and much more.

I use EFT to support clients dealing with anxiety, emotional stress and patterns that affect their sense of wellbeing. By combining focused attention on specific feelings, thoughts or memories with gentle tapping on acupressure points, EFT helps to calm the nervous system, shift old emotional patterns and bring relief.

EFT works by helping to access the body’s energy system and the subconscious mind — the places where unresolved emotions, beliefs and past experiences may still be stored. Through this process, you can release what no longer serves you, reduce the intensity of emotional triggers and reframe limiting beliefs. Over time, this supports you in laying down new, healthier patterns, helping you move towards greater peace, confidence and emotional freedom.
